This exhibition will feature artists who construct artworks from a wide variety of materials including bronze, ceramics, paper, plant cordage and metal. I'll be presenting vessels inspired by both the Spring and the Summer seasons, made using Japanese paper and natural yarns including wool, mohair and silk.




What is Precious?
3rd May - 28th June 2025
The exhibition explores the concept of 'precious' in a world of mass consumption and waste. It questions material value in a throwaway society, celebrates the use of found, recycled, and repurposed materials, and highlights the impact of climate change on the natural world. It also showcases innovative making techniques that tell compelling stories and spark conversation.
The exhibition is a partnership between Design-Nation and the New Ashgate Gallery. It features 19 artists and designer-makers working across a range of disciplines, including ceramics, textiles, jewellery, paper, and mixed media

The 7th John Ruskin Prize

Creative Connections

Creative Connections is a year-long programme which creates a space for creative people who are beginning to establish themselves professionally. Visit the exhibition to gain insights into this new initiative, and explore the specialist skills involved in furniture design, millinery, stone and wood carving, letterpress, textiles, and much more.

Making Spaces provides a unique platform for 16 artisans to showcase their skills & craftsmanship to the visitors of Decorex. I will demonstrate the making processes that go into the creation of my unique vessels, providing a hands on experience to the luxury design community.

Summer Exhibition
The Royal Academy of Arts, London
18th June - 18th August 2024
I was overjoyed that my 'Imbolc' vessels inspired by the Spring season were selected to be shown at the Royal Academy’s Summer Exhibition. They were displayed in the sunny turmeric coloured Lecture Room, which has been hung by Veronica Ryan RA.
Held every year since 1769, the Summer Exhibition displays works in a variety of mediums and genres by emerging & established artists. It is the world’s oldest open submission exhibition, and I was honoured to be a part of it.

Chelsea Harbour Design Centre

Formed with Future Heritage brought exceptional work by 40+ contemporary makers to the home of design and decoration – Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour, with many new pieces created specially for the event.
Future Heritage has a track record for spotting the next big thing. For this year’s edition, renowned design journalist and curator Corinne Julius carefully selected contemporary makers at the forefront of craft. Their work was thoughtfully and rigorously executed with makers pushing their chosen material or process in new directions.
