I  facilitate workshops for museums, galleries, art organisations, corporate businesses, educational colleges and community groups.

Through my workshops, I create a playful and expressive environment that encourages connection with nature, materials, and each other. These sessions are designed to foster curiosity, reflection, and emotional engagement with making. I support participants in exploring natural materials through woven textiles and hand processes, helping them translate personal memories and lived experiences into meaningful, unique creations.

16th May, West Dean College, London

In this hands-on workshop, participants will intertwine paper yarns to create an open-weave vessel using the basketry technique of random weaving with sumac stitch. Working over a mould, you’ll explore form and structure while creating a decorative, free-standing woven vessel.

23rd May, Boston Manor House, London

Capture the beauty of a foraged leaf or a personal keepsake by combining it with the joy of weaving, to create your own personal treasured artwork. Design a unique composition by weaving around your memento using natural yarns, stitching into khadi paper

20th June, Boston Manor House, London

Celebrate nature by exploring the potential of botanical inks made from plants in an expressive, playful and nourishing painting workshop. You'll be helped to explore different ways to express yourself through simple mark making and collage.

27-28th June, West Dean College, London

Using the basketry technique of random weaving combined with other textile techniques you will learn how to create three dimensional forms which are evocative of the seasons. We will use natural textile materials including paper, raffia, wool and silk.

12-13th September, West Dean, London

Connect with nature through woven textiles by exploring both two-dimensional and 3D approaches. Learn how to weave without a loom, using just a needle and thread, and objects you have at home or can forage from the landscape, combined with natural textile materials.

21st & 28th September, Ardington School of Crafts

This two-part series provides a playful and expressive environment to explore the potential of using natural materials for creative art making. Connect with nature through woven textiles by exploring both two-dimensional and 3D approaches.
